Discipline first
Jimmy served eight years in the Army Reserves and National Guard, specialising in combat engineering and communications. He has practiced and taught karate for more than thirty years.

Twenty years inside payments
Jimmy spent more than two decades in executive roles in the payments industry, at Heartland Payment Systems and at NCR, the company that invented the cash register. He saw how fees creep and how rarely anyone revisits a deal once it's signed.
Father and son
In 2021 he co-founded FLO Business Solutions with his son Brandon. Nephews and family run divisions across the company. "We are here to put people first, not quarterly dividends."
